Richard is the founder and owner of G-workplace. For the last 20 years Richard has been working in the area of collaboration and content management. His roles varied from infrastructure, development, Quality Assurance, team manager, alliance manager and delivery manager. 'My added value is to create a clear step-by-step approach to implement a successful strategy on ECM & Collaboration which emphasizes on People, Productivity and Processes.'
Richard started G-workplace since believes that the IT landscape is radically changing. Companies dismantle their private computer systems and tap into rich services delivered over the Internet. Computing is turning into a utility.

Michel van Osch
Michel H. van Osch

Michel is responsible for the business development for G-workplace. In his professional life, Michel is always intrigued by innovation and looking for ways to improve collaboration between people and the organizations where they work. Michel has had various roles as a consultant for business and IT engagement, as a Senior Manager at Lotus Professional Services, as well as a marketer, business development manager and as a sales manager. Michel’s commitment to his business relations is best characterized by two of his favorite proverbs: “Walk the Talk” and “Nobody is perfect, but a Team can be”

G-workplace history

The Google Apps experience started in 2009 as part of a training portfolio towards Web 2.0. The G-workplace team has been working in the field of ECM and Collaboration for several global enterprise customers (Philips, Heineken, ING, Unilever, Corus) as well as smaller customers since 1995. 
G-workplace started in 2011 as a company with 3 managing consultants who all had a history in Enterprise Content Management (ECM). The first customer was the Netherlands' largest retailer (55,000 users) which migrated from IBM Notes to Google Apps. G-workplace works with a team of professionals to support customers worldwide with Google Apps deployment.
