Sync Notes documents to Google Drive
The IBM Notes application NotesSyncGoogle synchronizes attachments on IBM Notes Documents with Google Docs. It works from any IBM Notes database.
- Any attachment on an IBM Notes Document is uploaded to Google Docs in its native format. This means, a MS-Word document is saved in Google Docs as a MS-Word document.
- IBM Notes meta data of the attachment is saved to Google Docs and vice versa.
- The mapping of IBM Notes Fields and Google Docs meta data (Author, Reader, Folders, Sub folders, Creation date) is performed via a profile document in the IBM Notes database.
The product comes as an example database (Default IBM Notes Document Library). The IBM Notes agent and Profile document can be copied to any IBM Notes database.
