De Protestantse Kerk (PKN) & G-workplace

The Services Organization of the Protestant Church in the Netherlands (PKN), with approximately 350 employees supporting 1,600 congregations, faced the challenge of leaving their existing shared Google domain. This required a careful migration and an effective change management process to ensure a smooth transition and enable employees to work successfully in the new environment.

G-workplace set up a new Google domain for PKN and successfully executed the full migration of Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Sites, and Tasks. To support the transition, G-workplace provides workshops, training sessions, and manuals. Additionally, G-workplace delivers comprehensive ICT support, including user and organizational support, maintenance, and management for the Google Workspace environment, on-premise servers, printer management, and Wi-Fi management in collaboration with the PKN team.

All data was successfully migrated to the new, dedicated Google domain. The employees of the Services Organization are now optimally supported in their work thanks to the new ICT facilities and continuous support from G-workplace, enabling them to operate successfully within their new Google environment.
